Refund & Return Policy

At Appareloclock, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. As a wholesale apparel supplier, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of bulk and customized orders. Please review the policy carefully before placing an order:

Standard Products

Returns or exchanges for standard wholesale and blank apparel may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Products must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Once an order has shipped, approved returns are subject to a restocking fee (see Section 7).

Custom, Printed & Embroidered Orders

All customized, printed, embroidered, or personalized apparel is made specifically for each order and is non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exceptions:

If a custom item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced, you must notify Appareloclock within 48 hours of delivery. Our production team will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, correction, or partial refund is appropriate. Production decisions are final and based on order specifications approved at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Standard Orders

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing the order during business hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST).
  • Orders placed outside business hours begin processing the next business day, and the 30-minute cancellation window applies once processing starts.
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. They may be returned under this policy, subject to restocking and shipping fees.

Custom & Bulk Orders

  • Custom or bulk orders may only be canceled if production has not started.
  • Once printing, embroidery, or processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos.

Our team will review the claim and provide a resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or a refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom, printed, or embroidered apparel
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Orders shipped directly from mills or manufacturers (customers will be notified when applicable)

Bulk Order & Wholesale Disclaimer

Due to the nature of wholesale purchasing, minor variations in packaging, labeling, or batch production may occur. These do not qualify as defects. Buyers are encouraged to order samples before placing large bulk orders.

Restocking Fees

All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the order value or $20, whichever is higher.

  • Restocking fees are non-negotiable.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • SucCustomers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Size & Color Disclaimer

Please note:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and fabric dye lots
  • Apparel sizing can vary by manufacturer, with a standard tolerance of 1–2 inches

These variations are considered industry standard and do not qualify as defects or grounds for return or exchange.
